KSM 6080 5 types (room temperature curing plastic paint)

Room-temperature curing plastic paint is a solvent-free paint using a modified MMA resin with excellent durability, and is a two-component or three-component room-temperature curing type.
The two-component type consists of a subject and a hardener, and the three-component type consists of a subject [AI [B] and a hardener.
The paint is composed of reactive MMA resin pigments, fillers, and additives. It can be used on asphalt and concrete surfaces and has a variety of applications, including lane markings and bicycle paths.

3. Characteristic

• 1 It is a reactive, room-temperature curing agent with very fast cure times.
• 2 It exhibits excellent adhesion to asphalt and concrete.
• 3 It has excellent water, alkali, and weather resistance.
• 4 It is durable, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant.
• 5 It is solvent-free and environmentally friendly.

4. Physical Properties

• 1 Appearance: Liquid (main agent), paste (hardener)
• 2 Working life: 2-5 minutes at 20°C
• 3 Traffic-resistant time: 10-20 minutes at 20°C

5. Painting Specifications

• 1Store paint [A] and [B] separately. (3-component)
• 2Add the hardener to [B] and mix thoroughly. (3-component)
• 3The [A] and [B] hardener mixtures are automatically mixed in the nozzle. (3-component)
• 4Mixing Ratio (Weight Ratio)
  • 2-Component - Base: Hardener = 100:2
  • 3-Component - [A]: [B]: Hardener = 50:50:2

6. Painted Area

• 0.8 kg/㎡ when the film thickness is 0.5 mm
• 1.0 kg/㎡ when the film thickness is 0.6 mm

7. Precautions

• 1Never mix the hardener directly into [A] (3-component)
• 2Mix the required amount of hardener into [B] (3-component)
• 3Do not apply when the humidity is above 85% or below 50°C.
• 4On concrete surfaces, apply primer before applying.
